4. Process your payment to finalize the order.
5. Production begins following approval and payment.
6. Receive a tracking notification once the order ships.

Please reply to the email from your previous order or sales rep. Alternatively send a new email with the reorder details to sales@hotshotsleeves.com.

Digital proofs are typically prepared within 1 business day, assuming print-ready files are provided. Not needed on exact reprints.
Production begins after proof approval and payment.

Yes, bulk orders are available. Contact us with your desired quantity for further information. Provide the postal code and loading dock availability so we can quote shipping on pallets.

We accept credit card such as Amex, MasterCard and Visa, as well as ETF and Interac E-transfer payments to barry@coffeesleeves.ca

The Shipping fee is not included in the print price. Use the shipping calculator on our cart and checkout page or contact us directly for your shipping fee.

No initial payment is required on the website. Finalize your order through the website, and you will receive a pro forma invoice. You will receive an invoice along with your digital proof from our sales team. This email includes our payment instructions. Process the payment offline via credit card, ETF, or E-transfer once the order is confirmed.

Yes. Every custom order includes a digital PDF proof so you can review your design, placement, and colours before we start printing. After we receive your artwork we will provide you the digital proof within 1-2 business days.

Upload your completed design through our online portal or email it to our design team. Specific submission instructions will be provided upon order placement.

For best results, submit your design in high-resolution vector formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF. Ensure all text is outlined and images are embedded for seamless processing.

The preferred file type is Adobe Illustrator files (.ai) with artwork left in layers. If the design bleeds, then make sure the artwork extends beyond the die line.

When submitting in other formats, please send us the highest-resolution version of the artwork you have. Please note that for printing on cold cups, vector format artwork is needed.

The printable area for custom coffee sleeves and cups varies by product, printing method, and pricing.

Classic & Corrugated Sleeves:
– Standard 12-20oz sleeves generally have a printable area of approximately 3.75 inches x 1.75 inches on the front and 2 inches x 1.75 inches on the back.
– Premium 12-20oz sleeves allow full bleed printing on the whole of the sleeve.

Double Wall Cups: These are printed using a full-color CMYK process, allowing for a full wrap design, excluding the top rim and bottom base.

Clear Plastic Cups: Inprint on the front, back, and side of the cup is possible.

Yes, we offer design assistance to help you refine or create your design. Our team can guide you through adjustments to ensure your artwork is print-ready.

Our pricing includes 15 minutes of free design time for STANDARD coffee sleeves and 30 minutes for PREMIUM coffee sleeves. Similarly, the set-up fee on cold cups and double wall cups covers your design needs (max 30 mins.)

Multiple artwork revisions taking more than the allowable 3 times will be charged $25 per additional 15 minutes.

Sleeves:
Our cup sleeves are typically printed using full color CMYK process. If your artwork includes PMS colours, they will be converted to the closest CMYK equivalent.

Some PMS colours may not translate accurately to CMYK. We will notify you if a noticeable variation is expected.

If an exact PMS match is required, we can print using the specified Pantone colour. A minimum charge of approximately $150 per colour and minimum quantities may apply. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Double Wall Cups:
Our double wall cups are printed using full color CMYK process. If your artwork includes PMS colours, they will be converted to the closest CMYK equivalent.

Clear Plastic Cups:

Our standard print colors are 1 color – black or white. We can print using the specified Pantone colour with color charge of $40. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Unless specified, lids are not included with our cup orders. We do offer lids that fit our cups in a variety of styles. However, many customers prefer to buy their lids locally to save on shipping costs.

We manufacture custom printed coffee sleeves in four primary size ranges:

Classic Sleeves
12–20 oz sleeves – Designed to fit standard single-wall paper cups in this size range. May fit certain 10 oz single-wall hot cups.
8 oz sleeves – Specifically sized for 8 oz single wall cups, which typically have a smaller diameter
10 oz sleeves – Designed for 10 oz cups, and also fit 12 oz cups well
16–24 oz sleeves – Designed for 16 oz, 20 oz, and 24 oz cold plastic cups; also compatible with 16 oz and 20 oz single wall hot cups (sits slightly higher on the cup)

Corrugated Sleeves
12–20 oz sleeves – Designed to fit standard single-wall paper cups in this size range
16–24 oz sleeves – Designed to fit standard single-wall paper cups in this size range, but also cold cups. High MOQ, please inquire. Additional setup fees required

This range ensures compatibility with most industry-standard cup sizes, making it easy to match your sleeves across multiple drink formats.

Our sleeves are designed primarily to fit single wall hot cups. They might fit other cups but are generally not intended for cold cups or double wall cups unless specified.

Sleeves
Our sleeves are 100% recycled and therefore 100% biodegradable. We cannot make the claim they are compostable simple because our paper company has not done the testing.
The inks are soy based and the glue is water-based.

Double Wall Cups
Our regular double wall cups are made of PE material, but we offer biodegradable and compostable PLA cup options for additional cost. Please let us know if you are interested in PLA cups.

Blank sleeves and cups are available for order. Please note that production time may be required for sleeves since they are made from scratch. Please contact us for details.

Shipping is limited to the USA and Canada.

Once the order ships, you will receive an automated notification email with the tracking number. Use the tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, while express options can arrive in 1–3 business days, depending on your location and delivery processing.

Please note that as we do not have direct control over shipping, we cannot be liable for unforeseen delays.

Expedited shipping is available for delivery within in 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. A rush shipping fee will apply.

Yes, split shipment options are available. Please contact us with the details for a quote on different shipping options. Shipping to more than 2 locations triggers an $8 fee per additional location.
