How many colors can be printed?

Our PREMIUM full colour sleeves allow for printed unlimited colors using CMYK colors.

Our STANDARD sleeves print in either 1 or 2 colors. Please note: These 1 or 2 colors are converted to their closest CMYK equivalent as they are also printed as CMYK.

What kind of printing process do you use?

Our custom cups sleeves are printed using high quality offset printing presses. We produce our sleeves entirely in-house allowing us strict quality control and fast turnaround.

Can sleeves be printed full bleed?

Yes our PREMIUM full color sleeves can be printed full bleed with printing wrapping around the entire outside of the sleeve.

Our STANDARD sleeves do not allow for full bleeds as the printing must print within predefined areas.. If your sleeve is only 1 or 2 colors and you would like full bleeds then you must refer to our PREMIUM sleeve pricing.

Do you print Pantone colors (PMS)? Is there an extra cost?

Our sleeves are generally printed In CMYK colors. If your file contains PMS colors then we will convert them to their closest CMYK equivalent.

Some PMS colors do not convert to CMYK very well and the color change can be significant. We will aim to notify you of this when we see there might be an issue.

If your PMS color is very important then we can print using the actual PMS color. There is usually a minimum charge of $150 for this but please contact us to discuss.

Sleeve Paper

What kind of paper do you use?

Our standard paper is a thick 23pt CCNB (Clay coated newsback). The paper is made from 100% recycled fiber and the printing side is a white semi-gloss surface while the back side is made from recycled newsprint. The semi-gloss print surface provides for extremely high print quality!

Is your paper recycled and compostable?

Our paper is made from 100% recycled content. Our paper is biodegradeable but we cannot make the claim that it is compostable as our paper supplier has not made this claim. With that in mind, many companies do make the claim this type of paper is compostable.

Do you offer Kraft paper?

Yes but we do not print on actual Kraft paper. For Kraft sleeves we print a simulated Kraft background on the white paper and apply a matte coating. The benefit of printing this way is that light colors will not look dull and muddy as they would if you printed directly on Kraft paper.


What is included in the price?

All setup, printing and shipping costs are included in the prices. There are no additional costs.

How can we pay?

We accept both Visa, MasterCard and Amex. We can also receive payment by check, however we must receive payment prior to shipping of the order.

What are your payment terms?

Due to the custom nature of sleeve products we require a 50% deposit prior to your sleeves going to press. The balance is required at time of shipping.

File Formats / Sending Artwork

How can I send you my files?

You may email your files to your files are very large then we suggest you send them to us using an online file transfer platform.

Please send files after you have submitted your order form. If you will be using our services to create your artwork then please provide layout instructions when sending the files

Do you have a template I can use to prepare my artwork?

Yes you can download templates for both our STANDARD and PREMIUM sleeves here.

Shipping Faq

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations in the USA, Canada as well as international.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping transit times vary depending on where you are located. We ship from the West Coast and so shipping to the West may only take 1-3 days whereas shipping to the East may take up to 6 business days.
We generally ship by ground service but we can also ship by air.

How do you ship?

For most shipments under 30,000 sleeves we tend to ship using UPS Ground service. For larger shipments we use other freight companies.

I am in a rush. Can you ship me a partial faster?

Yes we can ship part of your order faster for additional costs.

Can you ship on my account?

Yes we can ship using your own account. We do have very good rates for shipping though so you will want to compare our rates.

Turnaround Times

How can I send you my files?

Our printing turnaround times are generally:
• 7 business days (after proof approval) for orders up to 10,000

• 8-10 business days (after proof approval) for orders up to 20,000

• For larger quantities please inquire about the turnaround time.

Do you have a template I can use to prepare my artwork?

Most times we will do our best to accommodate quicker turnarounds, however if a firm commitment is required then we may have to charge a rush surcharge.
