Classic vs Corrugated Coffee Sleeves
Our classic paper coffee sleeves offer excellent print quality on 100% recycled biodegradable paperboard that is white on the print side and recycled newsprint backside. When a unified brand image and easy handling are of utmost importance, these customized classic paper sleeves are a popular choice. Available in a semi-gloss or matte coating with embossed or smooth texture to match the design you need.
Custom corrugated coffee sleeves offer matte-finish on the printing side and inner flutes on the back that boost insulation and provide extra heat protection. The natural air pockets created by the ripple architecture make hot beverages easier to hold for the hands. When extra grip and protection are needed, corrugated sleeves are the best choice.
Standard vs Premium Sleeves Printing Options
There are two different printing tiers for our custom coffee sleeves. Choose the one that best suits your branding needs.
Standard : For basic brand marks with only one or two colors, standard printing is the way to go. Standard Classic sleeves keep branding simple, clean, and cost-effective. For logos that don’t need to cover the whole surface, these commercial coffee sleeves are a great choice.
Premium : Premium sleeves lets you print full color, end to end, with an unlimited number of colors. This option gives you the freedom to be creative and makes a stronger visual statement by letting you cover the entire sleeve in gradients or full-wrap graphics.

What is the turnaround time for custom coffee sleeves?
Production for custom coffee sleeves is approximately 9 business days from proof approval and payment. Digital proofs are typically prepared within 1 business day, assuming print-ready files are provided.

What materials are used, and are the sleeves recyclable?
Our classic paper sleeves are produced using recycled 450 gsm (23 pt) paperboard, featuring a smooth white outer surface and a recycled newsprint interior.
Our corrugated coffee sleeves are made from 3-ply corrugated paperboard, with a fluted inner layer that provides superior insulation and a comfortable grip.
Both materials are recyclable and designed to be environmentally responsible.
What cup sizes do your sleeves fit?
We manufacture custom printed coffee sleeves in four primary size ranges:
- 12–20 oz sleeves – Designed to fit standard single wall paper cups in this size range
- 8 oz sleeves – Specifically sized for 8 oz single wall cups, which typically have a smaller diameter
- 10 oz sleeves – Designed for 10 oz cups, and also fit 12 oz cups well
- 16–24 oz sleeves – Designed for 16 oz, 20 oz, and 24 oz cold plastic cups; also compatible with 16 oz and 20 oz single wall cups (sits slightly higher on the cup)
This range ensures compatibility with most industry-standard cup sizes, making it easy to match your sleeves across multiple drink formats.
Are these sleeves manufactured in Canada?
Yes. All custom coffee sleeves are produced in-house at our Canadian manufacturing facility, ensuring consistent quality, efficient bulk production, and reliable nationwide delivery.
Do you print Pantone (PMS) colours, and is there an additional cost?
Our cup sleeves are typically printed using full color CMYK process. If your artwork includes PMS colours, they will be converted to the closest CMYK equivalent.
Some PMS colours may not translate accurately to CMYK. We will notify you if a noticeable variation is expected.
If an exact PMS match is required, we can print using the specified Pantone colour. A minimum charge of approximately $150 and minimum quantities may apply. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
